On May 17th, coinciding with the World Telecommunications Day, the "2024 Hubei Mobile AI+ Achievement Release and Ecological Conference" themed "AI Integration and Innovation, Jointly Building New Quality Productive Forces" was grandly held at the Sheraton Wuhan Hankou Hotel. Hosted by China Mobile Hubei Branch, the conference comprehensively showcased Hubei Mobile's development plans and core capabilities in the field of computing networks and artificial intelligence, injecting new vitality into the promotion of digital economy. China Bester Group was invited as a distinguished guest to attend this conference.

The conference invited industrial chain ecological partners to gather in Wuhan, releasing the latest AI+ achievements, initiating the full commercialization of 5G-A in 16 cities and prefectures across Hubei province, and launching OneMAAS, the first one-stop enterprise large model service platform in Hubei and the brand of Mobile AI Home, fully revitalizing the ecosystem. It aims to jointly build a core engine of new quality productive forces, to construct a modern industrial system with new infrastructure and technological innovation, and to build the "all-connected" transportation hub in the new era.

Wu Jun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and director of Hubei Communications Administration, Wei Chunhui, general manager of Hubei Mobile, and other leaders delivered welcoming speeches. At the conference, Hubei Mobile, with industry elites, jointly initiated the ceremony for the commercialization of 5G-A, lighting up all 16 cities and prefectures in Hubei Province, announcing the official entry into the 5G-A era. Hubei Mobile has made early arrangements for new information infrastructure, promoted the research and application innovation of cutting-edge technologies such as 5G-A Internet of Things and integrated communication and sensing, and helped the low-altitude economy take off.

 During the part of prize-awarding, as a long-term partner of Hubei Mobile, China Bester Group was honored with the "Best Contribution Award for Project Cooperation in 2023".

China Bester signed a new business strategic cooperation agreement with Hubei Mobile at the conference. In the wave of digital transformation, China Bester Group and Hubei Mobile have reached an important consensus, jointly moving towards new heights in the development of the digital economy. This cooperation aims to respond to the national call for vigorously developing the digital economy, accelerating the innovation and development of both companies in the fields of ICT integration, new energy, and cloud network computing services.

Both parties plan to cooperate in cities such as Wuhan, Jingzhou, Yichang, Xiangyang, and Huanggang. Utilizing Hubei Mobile's network resources and client channels, combined with China Bester Group's support team, special funds, and clients, they will jointly expand the government and enterprise project market. The scale of cooperation projects each year will exceed 300 million yuan, creating new growth opportunities for both parties.

In the field of new energy projects, China Bester Group will leverage its extensive experience in photovoltaic power generation and energy storage system construction, as well as its professional technology and energy storage system research and manufacturing capabilities, to provide new energy project services to Hubei Mobile's data centers, office buildings, industrial parks, and potential high-energy-consuming customer groups in Hubei, contributing to energy conservation, emission reduction, and low-carbon operations.

 In the cloud network computing business field, Hubei Mobile will leverage its advantages in data center environments and network resources within the province to actively expand potential computing customer resources. China Bester Group, on the other hand, will utilize its procurement channels for computing equipment and technical capabilities of its computing platform to jointly provide computing services to AI enterprises, promoting their innovative development.

Furthermore, both parties will prioritize the use of products and services provided by each other and create conditions for the promotion and usage of each other's products and services within their respective enterprises. At the same time, a long-term communication and exchange mechanism will be established to conduct collaborative efforts in areas such as enterprise risk management, efficiency and effectiveness enhancement, project management improvement, and government-enterprise project implementation management. This aims to reduce business operational risks, enhance corporate management levels, and improve operational efficiency.

The cooperation between China Bester Group and Hubei Mobile is a positive response to the national digital economy policy and an important measure to achieve high-quality development. With the continuous deepening of cooperation, both parties will jointly explore more potential for cooperation, promote digital transformation, and contribute significantly to the prosperous development of China's digital economy.
