China Bester’s Hefei New Energy Project is situated in Shushan District, Hefei City. Phase I covers an area of approximately 70 acres, with a total floor area of 35,000 square meters. This includes 21,000 square meters for the main factory and warehouses, and 14,500 square meters for supporting facilities. The capacity for Phase I is 5GW, focused on the production of lithium-ion power batteries and energy storage battery systems.

At the beginning of 2024, to accelerate the construction progress of the China Bester New Energy Power and Energy Storage Battery Project, led by the Technical Director of the Group, a project construction management team was formed by selecting capable personnel from the Infrastructure Office, Procurement Department, Design Institute, Zhechu Energy, and other units. The team fully implements a comprehensive lifecycle project management system, selects high-quality service providers from the supply chain to undertake the construction tasks, and ensures the quality and progress of the project construction.

This project is one of the major investments for the East China Base (Hefei) of China Bester Group and officially commenced construction in the fourth quarter of 2023. Since the start of construction, with the full support of governments at all levels in Hefei City and Shushan District, the project received smooth progress. The project management team has focused on both quality and safety, as well as project progress. They have stationed themselves at the project site and promptly discussed and resolved the issues about the project construction with all units. The overall progress of the project has met expectations. Currently, the civil engineering work drawing to a close, with supporting professional equipment and production line equipment set to arrive and be installed consecutively.

Since China Bester Group decided to build the power and energy storage battery project in Hefei, they have organized multiple visits to FinDreams Battery's factories in Taizhou, Jinan, Wuhan, and Shenzhen to conduct on-site inspections. These visits included observing automated production line systems and engaging in technical exchanges on lithium-ion battery and product manufacturing processes. FinDreams Battery has also made multiple trips to Wuhan and Hefei to discuss production line equipment supply and future cooperation. Both sides have conducted frequent exchanges.

Hefei Power and Energy Storage Battery Project of China Bester Group utilizes FinDreams's Blade Batteries as its raw material and employs its most advanced 2.2 fully automated production line. The project's products are primarily targeted at commercial light-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks, special-purpose vehicles, as well as small-capacity power batteries and industrial and commercial energy storage battery systems. The cooperation with FinDreams Battery aims to achieve the complementarity of products and expand strategic positioning in differentiated markets.

In mid-May 2024, the Chairman of the Bester Group visited the construction site of the Hefei project, listened to the progress reports of the units at the site, discussed project construction issues and practical difficulties with all participating construction units, and put forward clear requirements for the project construction progress, project quality, and safety production. Chairman Li also studied and resolved the difficulties of the project construction with the Shushan District Committee and District Government of Hefei City, greatly enhancing the progress of the project construction.

To expedite the arrival of production line equipment and ensure the subsequent supply of raw materials for battery cell , in late May 2024, Liu Siyuan, the COO , Zhang Shoubo, Deputy General Manager and Director of VPO, Li Shuwei, General Manager of TBU Global Commercial Vehicle Business Center, and other visitors from FinDreams Battery came to the headquarters of China Bester Group (Wuhan). Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on promoting the rapid implementation of the framework cooperation agreement on new energy and accelerating the delivery of production line equipment, and made unified arrangements:

For the arrival of production line equipment, FinDreams Battery will actively coordinate internal resources, increase production capacity, and minimize the preparation to ensure early delivery and on-schedule production in the third quarter.

Regarding the supply of raw materials and battery cells, FinDreams Battery will guarantee the quality of raw materials for battery cell, ensure that the delivery time of each batch meets the actual production needs of the production line, ensure supply chain sharing, and provide strong support to China Bester and Zhechu Energy in terms of business conditions.

In terms of production and technical management, FinDreams will provide comprehensive technical support and production follow-up services for the production line equipment system, ensuring that the design capacity can be achieved in the shortest time. It will also arrange for advance training of production line personnel and jointly conduct technical research and cooperation in the application of new battery technologies. 

Regarding customer development, both parties will establish a joint operating team focused on strategic customers to jointly promote order and product delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
